With its blend of indoor and outdoor seating and a vibe that encourages lingering conversations, this spot has quickly become a favorite for both locals and visitors.<\/p>\n

A Casual Haven With a Lively Twist<\/h2>\n

While Tavern 13 is ideal for unwinding any day of the week, it really comes alive on Friday and Saturday nights with live band performances that add an extra layer of excitement to the evening. Though we visited on a Sunday and missed the live music, the buzz from the friendly crowd more than made up for it.<\/p>\n

Culinary Hits And Misses<\/h3>\n

The menu at Tavern 13 might not be extensive, but it does feature some solid choices. The pizza comes highly recommended\u2014perfectly baked and satisfying. However, steer clear of the salad; the dressing leaves much to be desired, especially if you’re pairing it with a beer, which, by the way, is a must here! The beer selection is excellent, including hard-to-find options like bottled Hoegaarden Ros\u00e9 at promotional prices.<\/p>\n

Service And Setting<\/h3>\n

The service at Tavern 13 is attentive, perhaps a bit too much so, with staff frequently hovering nearby. However, they are friendly and quick to respond to any requests. The high tables and large screens displaying sports events create a dynamic environment that\u2019s great for both sports fans and those just looking to chill.<\/p>\n

Navigating The Location<\/h3>\n

Parking can be a bit of a challenge due to the bar\u2019s popular location amidst malls and other eateries. There is some parking available in nearby office buildings and limited roadside spaces. Recently, Tavern 13 has also arranged for parking right in front of the entrance, allowing patrons to double-park, which helps alleviate some of the parking woes.<\/p>\n
